Coaches provide personalized guidance to ensure everyone progresses at their own pace, making every activity both fun and rewarding.

With excursions like ziplining, hiking, and visits to adventure parks, the afternoons are packed with adrenaline and exploration. And when you’re not on the trails or courts, you can enjoy creative workshops in cooking, art, and music or take part in non-sport activities with campers from our language camp.

Program Highlights

Monday: Mountain biking (VTT)

Adrenaline-filled rides through the wild and steep trails of the Jura Vaudois Nature Park. In collaboration with specially trained instructors from the outdoor and bike specialist MonVTT St. Cergue, you’ll conquer challenging terrain, enjoy breathtaking views of the region, practice technical maneuvers, tricks, and jumps – but most importantly, race along winding trails and downhill tracks. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced off-road biker, our expert-led VTT program is tailored to your level and needs. The following professional equipment is provided by the organizer: bike, helmet, knee and elbow pads, and gloves.

Tuesday: Tennis

Whether you’re a beginner, casual player, or tennis pro, our tennis module focuses on improving your skills at your own pace and sharing the joy of tennis with new friends. From fun drills and friendly matches to technical training sessions and competitive point games, the emphasis is always on fun. This is not a high-performance camp. Led by trained and experienced tennis coaches from Tennis Club TC St. Cergue, your holiday sports camp motto is: "Game, set, match!"

Surfaces: Artificial grass and clay in good weather, indoor hard court in bad weather.
Brand-name rackets and balls can be borrowed from us free of charge.

Wednesday: Outdoor Adventure Activities

Experience the thrill of an outdoor adventure with the "Outdoor Adventure" module! We lace up our hiking boots, conquer the summit of La Dôle, or hike across Noirmont to the French side at Les Rousses, where we zipline through an adventure park and then dive into a mountain lake or try stand-up paddleboarding. We explore the Sentier des Toblerones, learn basic wilderness and survival skills, and enjoy a BBQ by Lake Geneva.

Trail running and orienteering are also on the agenda, along with trips to the rope parks in St. George or Signal-Bougy. We’ll discover hidden treasures or compete in tactical group games like Zagamort or Capture the Flag. Together, we’ll spend a week immersed in nature, push our limits, and create unforgettable memories in the Outdoor Adventure module of the sports camp

Thursday: Bouldering

Dive into the fascinating world of bouldering and discover the thrill that awaits you on the climbing wall! Thursday is all about conquering the wall – whether you're a beginner or already have experience, you'll find the perfect challenge here. Together, we’ll visit the best bouldering gyms in the region and tackle tricky courses and exciting routes.

Our experienced coaches will teach you the basics of climbing techniques and share valuable tips on how to move safely and efficiently from hold to hold. For advanced climbers, it’s all about taking on more demanding challenges: push your limits, master difficult moves, and discover your personal best.

Weather permitting, we’ll also venture to outdoor rocks, giving you the chance to experience nature from a whole new perspective. The best part? Fun and team spirit are always the priority. We’ll motivate and encourage each other, celebrating every success – from the first hold to the final move.

A day packed with action, challenges, and adrenaline awaits you – are you ready to conquer the wall?

Friday: Ball Sports and Tactical Group Games

Friday is all about teamwork, strategy, and movement – a day packed with diverse ball sports and exciting group games awaits you! Whether you're an experienced ball player or a curious beginner, there's something for everyone here.

From soccer, basketball, and volleyball to lesser-known but equally thrilling games like Spikeball or Ultimate Frisbee, we’ll show you just how much fun ball sports can be. And the best part? It’s not just about competition but also about having fun and sharing the experience together.

But there’s more: in tactical group games like Capture the Flag, Zagamort, or strategic tournaments, you’ll get to showcase your tactical skills and teamwork. With creative tasks, exciting challenges, and action-packed duels, boredom is never an option.

Whether on the field or in open terrain, the goal is to push ourselves, laugh together, and grow as a team. Experience an unforgettable day filled with movement, strategy, and camaraderie in the "Ball Sports and Tactical Group Games" module of the sports camp. Are you in?

Discovery and Adventure

With excursions like rope parks, hiking, and visits to adventure parks, the afternoons are packed with adrenaline and discoveries. And when you're not out on the trails or courts, you can try creative workshops in cooking, art, and music, or join in on non-sporting activities with participants from our language camp.

And the most important:

This is not a professional sports training program or a multisport camp focused on maximum performance. With us, it’s all about enjoying movement and spending time with young people from all over Switzerland and the world. Our team of experienced coaches and teachers ensures personalized and individual support for each participant. Look forward to an unforgettable multisport camp full of games, fun, and activity!
Our multisport camp runs alongside our language camp, and in the afternoons or evenings, both groups come together for joint activities. This gives you the perfect opportunity to meet new and interesting people from Switzerland, Europe, and around the world. You can expect a dynamic and adventurous experience filled with memories and new friendships.
The multisport camp offers you the ideal combination of adventure, team spirit, and loads of fun and action. When you're not trying out your favorite sport or discovering something new, you'll have plenty of time to relax, make friends, and enjoy the breathtaking scenery of Western Switzerland
